Who are we? We are a TEAM.

Definition of a TEAM: 2 or more people with complementary skills who work interdependently and adaptively toward a common goal.

We think that this definition of a TEAM best describes us. As a TEAM for the past 35 years, we knew that we could work well together and complement each other’s skills and strengths. We both come from a background of public service; both retired from the City of South Lake Tahoe; Dave as a retired Fire Captain and Angela as a retired City Clerk. In Dave’s years living in South Lake Tahoe he also enjoyed selling real estate for Century 21 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” status his first year in sales.

We purchased a rental property in Tri-Palm Estates in 2003 when Dave’s Dad moved here. We also purchased our primary residence in Palm Desert that same year. In 2007 we moved into Tri-Palm Estates when Dave met the “55 year age requirement.” As owners, we were already very familiar with the many recreational amenities offered here, including unlimited golf for two on the two golf courses, which we both enjoy very much, as well as the swimming pools and spas, tennis courts and restaurant with bar at the Clubhouse.

In October, 2007 we became Real Estate Agents for Swedeen’s Central Valley Real Estate. We love the flexibility of being able to work and play in the community where we live and where we have enjoyed a successful career.

Between November, 2007 and October, 2009 we have had a total of 43 successfully closed escrows. It is our pleasure to serve people. We have worked hard to build a reputation of knowledge, service and integrity.
