Who are we? We are a TEAM.

Definition of a TEAM: 2 or more people with complementary skills who work interdependently and adaptively toward a common goal.

We think that this definition of a TEAM best describes us. As a TEAM for the past 35 years, we knew that we could work well together and complement each other’s skills and strengths. We both come from a background of public service; both retired from the City of South Lake Tahoe; Dave as a retired Fire Captain and Angela as a retired City Clerk. In Dave’s years living in South Lake Tahoe he also enjoyed selling real estate for Century 21 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” status his first year in sales.

We purchased a rental property in Tri-Palm Estates in 2003 and purchased our primary residence in Palm Desert that same year. In May of 2007 we moved into Tri-Palm Estates. The many recreational amenities offered here by The Club at Shenandoah Springs, including unlimited golf on newly renovated Century and Millennium courses. That coupled with home affordability made this an easy choice for us to relocate.

Our choice to work with Swedeen’s Central Valley Real Estate was an easy one for us to make. We love the desert and this community and we enjoy the flexibility of being able to work in the neighborhood where we live.
